Name: 5 Minute Chocolate Cup Cake
Ingredients: 4 tbsps flour; 2 tbsps sugar; 2 tbsps dark chocolate (Xocai Activ powder); 1 whole eggs; 3 tbsps milk; 3 tbsps oil; 1 tbsp dark chocolate (Xocai Sipping Xocolate); 12 tsp vanilla (or almond extract)

Surely this should say 1/2 tsp. of vanilla, no?

Instructions

Add dry ingredients to a large coffee cup or mug mix well. Add the egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil; mix well. Add the Sipping Xocolate, and vanilla or almond extract. Mix again. Put the cup in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug; this is normal. Allow to cool a little; remove from cup and place on a plate. Cut into slices; serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Serves 2 to 3
